The answer is YES, the vast majority of brides find their dress the very first time they are here! Every bride’s journey is wonderfully unique, so be ready to fall in love and add your dress moment to your love story.

Our collection is made up of mostly special-order gowns, which means the gowns you see in store are samples and we order for the size and/or color requested. If you find yourself short on time, we do have many gowns available for purchase directly from our collection.

Our samples range from sizes 8 - 30, but don't let that scare you! Our stylists are well trained and armed with every kind of clip imaginable to perfectly tailor the sample gown to your size so that you get a clear idea of what each gown will look like when sized correctly.

We suggest you order your gown 9-12 months before your wedding. Because bridal gowns are made to order, they can take

8-9 months to arrive in-store, and alterations can take another 6 weeks (or more, depending on complexity). If you're in a hurry, some of our designers do offer rush production and shipping (for an additional fee), and we also have a wide selection of gowns that can be purchased directly from our collection.

Yes, please schedule an appointment before coming to try on dresses. We offer one on one private bridal appointments so to ensure that a member of our staff is available to help you find your dream dress, and that we have enough seating and champagne on deck to accommodate you and your guests. We do accept walk-ins during open appointment times, but if there is an appointment happening when you arrive or soon after your arrival, you may be asked to wait until the end of that appointment. If you are interested in stopping by to browse without an appointment, we recommend calling ahead of time.

Bring the people in your life who know you inside out, who always have your best interest at heart, and who uplift you. One or two trusted friends and a parent or sibling is the perfect mix for your Love Birds entourage! Remember, too many people = too many conflicting opinions (and a whole lot of unnecessary stress for you).

Our only requirement is a smile! We also recommend bringing the proper undergarments (strapless bra, shapewear, etc.) if you plan to wear them day-of, heels if you have a certain height in mind for your wedding day, and any accessories you know you plan to wear. We also recommend coming with your hair and makeup done so that you can really envision how you'll look walking down the aisle in your gown!

Each bridal appointment is an hour and a half. This should give you plenty of time to find your perfect gown and accessories to match.

We have a breathtaking collection of high-quality, exclusive dresses from talented designers from all corners of the world. With competitive prices, our dresses range from $1200 to $4000. When you arrive for your appointment, simply let your personal Bridal Stylist know how much you would like to invest in your dress so she can find a dress that reflects your style and respects your budget.

Most brides pay for their dress in full at the time of purchase but we do accept a 75% down payment, including any rush fees, with the 25% within 30 days. Down payment arrangements do require a small payment processing fee of $25. Dresses with extra length and custom changes do require payment in full prior to ordering.

Gowns are ordered when payment is made in full.

As our gowns and accessories are made to order, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

Alterations are an art form and, due to the labor-intensive process, alterations are always an extra charge. Rest assured, our amazing seamstresses have more than 30 years of experience making sure each Wedding Shoppe dress fits every bride perfectly!

Yes, we offer that, too! We have many different preservation packages to choose from, including gown cleaning and personalized keepsake preservation chests. Call or visit us in-store to find out more.

Definitely! We want to learn everything we can about the dress you desire so we can present you with selections you’ll love. We encourage you to keep an open mind while shopping. We can’t tell you how many times our brides have fallen head over heels in love with dresses that looked nothing like what they originally envisioned. Once we get to know you, your style, and your wedding vision, your personal Bridal Stylists will use their experience and stylish intuition to find “the one” that makes you feel more beautiful than ever before.

We know how painful such circumstances can be; however, due to our agreements with designers, we’re unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. There are no exceptions.

Since we have no control over when a designer discontinues a dress or raises their prices, we’re unable to hold dresses for any reason. To ensure you get the dress of your dreams before another bride snatches it up, we strongly encourage you to shop when you have the people you love most with you, as well as the investment needed to make it yours.

As our gowns and accessories are custom made to order, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
